Before the sofa, the room
Movement, light and proportion help make furniture choices intentional.

A living room begins with how you want to use it. Where does daylight enter? How do people cross the room? Who uses it, and when? Sockets, entrances and windows should be considered before furniture dimensions are fixed.
The INC perspective
A measured plan lets you test positions, routes and distances. Lighting, rug, table and sofa can then be considered together. The aim is not to choose everything at once, but to give the decisions a coherent direction.
