Swiss luxury property: price and experience

A reading of UBS’s annual study and what an interior should offer a discerning owner.

In its study published in May, UBS reported average luxury property price growth of over 3% during 2025 across 31 Swiss locations, with regional differences. These are 2025 figures, not an October market measurement.

The INC perspective

For INC, a prestigious address is a starting point. Interior quality is experienced through privacy, quiet, effortless circulation and precise detailing. There is no single aesthetic formula for discerning clients: each residence should reflect how its owner lives. A complete service should also reduce the demands placed on the client through clear decisions and thoughtful coordination.

For your project

When planning a renovation, we establish priorities for use, comfort and identity before selecting individual pieces. Planning and execution should support the finished experience. Market research provides context; it cannot justify promises of financial appreciation from an interior project.
