Every stay deserves its own identity. We connect the first impression with the comfort of the guest room, responding to the setting and the hotel’s positioning. Rest, guest and staff circulation, maintenance and material durability inform an experience that also supports daily operations.
What we can develop
Reception spaces, lounges, bedrooms, suites and shared areas. We develop a consistent language of furniture and materials that can adapt to different room types and the intended guest experience. Maintenance, cleaning and the replacement of individual elements form part of the design conversation.
A hotel needs continuity between the first impression and the guest room. We consider arrival, luggage, storage, lighting and the transition between public and private spaces. A room refurbishment can establish a repeatable palette without making every room identical. Where a hotel remains open, the sequence of works is agreed with the operator before implementation.
From first conversation to installation
Your project starts with an email. We review the property, your priorities, indicative budget and timing, then arrange a conversation and, where appropriate, a visit. Meetings can take place at the property or another convenient location, such as a nearby hotel. We develop the layout, material palette and bespoke furniture as one coherent proposal, using visualisations to support your decisions. Once the agreed design is approved, INC coordinates the commissioned production, transport and installation. The proposal sets out the scope, stages and responsibilities, giving you a clear point of contact throughout.
Before we begin
Can the project focus on bedrooms or the reception?
Yes. A commission may address one area or establish a design language for the entire hotel. Phasing should take account of the schedule and operational conditions.
Do I need to travel to your atelier?
No. The first contact is by email, and meetings are arranged at your property or a convenient nearby location. We are based in Graubünden and work across Switzerland. The scope of visits and project coordination is agreed for each commission.
