We design the space where the identity of the concept is felt in every detail. We bring together atmosphere, lighting, comfort and circulation, with bespoke furniture and counters, guiding the project from idea to installation.
The experience begins before the first course. We consider arrival, the rhythm of service and the relationship between the guest space and working areas to express the culinary concept. Lighting, seating comfort and materials are developed together, with attention to intensive use and the needs of the team.
What we can develop
Dining rooms, bars, welcome areas, banquette seating and bespoke counters. Layout decisions consider the guest journey, service circulation, table spacing and acoustic comfort. Kitchen and workplace requirements are discussed with the professionals responsible for those areas.
The dining experience begins before a guest sits down. We study the entrance, welcome, route to the table and relationship with the bar, alongside the way the team works. Seating, table formats, finishes and lighting are discussed against the restaurant concept. Service requirements and specialist technical input help shape a space that is distinctive and practical to operate.
From first conversation to installation
Your project starts with an email. We review the property, your priorities, indicative budget and timing, then arrange a conversation and, where appropriate, a visit. Meetings can take place at the property or another convenient location, such as a nearby hotel. We develop the layout, material palette and bespoke furniture as one coherent proposal, using visualisations to support your decisions. Once the agreed design is approved, INC coordinates the commissioned production, transport and installation. The proposal sets out the scope, stages and responsibilities, giving you a clear point of contact throughout.
Before we begin
Does the design consider restaurant operations?
Yes. We discuss guest and staff circulation, service moments and the relationship with work areas. Technical designs and local requirements are coordinated with the relevant specialists.
Do I need to travel to your atelier?
No. The first contact is by email, and meetings are arranged at your property or a convenient nearby location. We are based in Graubünden and work across Switzerland. The scope of visits and project coordination is agreed for each commission.
